For the last 20 years, I have been creating exercise programs and personal training fitness regimes to help people create sustainable health habits. I give them support and guide them towards achieving the desired positive health changes.
My team includes cardiologists, nutritionists, orthopedists and endocrinologists. This highly professional teamwork guarantees the achievement of results, health and better physical appearance of our clients.
Before the start of continuous physical activity, we evaluate each client's health by completing the client screening and assessment process. In regards to clients history of prior exercise experience and their expectations in working with us, this will help us identify the client's major health risk factors and see if the client needs medical clearance to participate in an exercise program. With this data, the personal fitness trainer designs a well-balanced personal exercise program based on the client's current fitness level.
